Digital Marketing Generalist

Job Description

  • 3+ years of experience in execution and management of marketing activities which include but not limit to SEO, Social Media, Content, Paid ads and email marketing.
  • Perform support duties including but not limited to database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools.
  • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Photoshop, CMS and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Must have strong project management, multitasking, analytical and communication skills.
  • Must liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
  • Close gaps and complete tasks as needed for the digital marketing team.
  • Communicate with clients directly when needed.
  • Compile data into reports for clients / team.
  • Demand Generation activities.
  • Brainstorming on new ideas and driving new marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Planning and promoting thought leadership content pieces like white papers, case studies, blogs, research reports, testimonials and other content collaterals.
  • Managing the website and keeping it updated

Business Development Profile Requirements


  • Knowledge and experience of HTML, CSS and WordPress development would be a plus.
  • Experience with writing and editing copy would be a plus.
  • Experience in IT industry is preferable.

Other Skills:

  • Designing and building the website front-end.
  • Creating the website architecture.
  • Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
  • Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
