Job Description
US Shift – Work From Home
- Attend customer queries related to working of our financial application, invoicing, and technical issues and provide instant solution.
- Respond to customer tickets via emails.
- Should have 3+ years of experience in Chat Support and must be able to grasp the application thoroughly.
- Must have excellent command over written English and should have good typing speed. [Test will be conducted]
- Prior experience in non-voice support and knowledge of accounting concepts would be a plus.
- This is Night Shift and only candidates who are open to work in this time-zone should apply.
